Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Pennysal Google Workspace add-on (“Pennysal”, “the add-on”) published by Linno Tech (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Pennysal you agree to these terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use Pennysal in your own Google Workspace account for the purpose of automating order fulfilment.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Google, Stripe, TidyCal and OpenSign credentials safe.
- Comply with the terms of those services.
- Send only emails to people who have opted in or transacted with you; you remain the sender of record.
- Comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, NZ Privacy Act, CAN-SPAM, etc.) in your jurisdiction.
3. Service availability
Pennysal runs on Google Apps Script. Outages, quota limits, and API rate limits at Google, Stripe, TidyCal or OpenSign can affect delivery. We provide the add-on “as is” and make no uptime guarantees during the beta period.
4. Fees
Pennysal is free during beta. Paid plans listed on our pricing page will be billed via the Google Workspace Marketplace once the add-on is approved. You may cancel at any time; refunds follow Marketplace policy.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linno Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of Pennysal. Total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
You can uninstall Pennysal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or abuse the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
